There are 99999-9999=90000 five digit numbers.Sum of digits of first five digit number 10000 is odd,the next is even,next is odd and it goes on like this,since we add 1 to get the next number(odd+1=even,even+1=odd).Hence for half of the numbers sum of digits will be odd and for the other half its even.Ans-45000
