Black's king cannot move (it's surrounded by its own pieces on four squares, the knight on g5 guards the fifth), and black's queen is almost trapped.

Rxa6 traps black's queen. No black piece can block the attack from the rook; the only piece that can capture it is the bishop on b7, but ...Bxa6 loses immediately to Bxd5# .

At best black gets a rook for a queen, but with the kingside threats this is losing.
