If p= number of words that do not start with M, is the same as the total number of words that can be formed with 'MONDAY' minus all the words that can be formed starting with M only. Thus, p= 6!-5!=600 If q=is the number of words that starts with M but do not end with Y, is the same as 5!- 4!=96

p:q=25:4

Is repetition of letters allowed?
