For a curve $y=f(x),f''(x)=4x$ at each point $(x,y)$ on it and it crosses the $x$ -axis at $(-2,0)$ at an angle of $45^\circ$ with the positive direction of $x$ -axis. If $f(x)=ax^{3}+bx^{2}+cx+d$ , then find $3(a+b+c+d)$ .
