Calculus Level 3

For a curve y = f ( x ) , f ( x ) = 4 x y=f(x),f''(x)=4x at each point ( x , y ) (x,y) on it and it crosses the x x -axis at ( 2 , 0 ) (-2,0) at an angle of 4 5 45^\circ with the positive direction of x x -axis. If f ( x ) = a x 3 + b x 2 + c x + d f(x)=ax^{3}+bx^{2}+cx+d , then find 3 ( a + b + c + d ) 3(a+b+c+d) .
