Jim and his 7 friends are sharing a pizza. They are going to share the pizza equally so that everyone gets exactly the same amount. What is the minimum amount of straight cuts needed to cut that pizza (without folding it) so that everyone get the same amount as other?

Jim and his 7 friends = 8 people
Assuming you can cut anything buttery smooth and the pizza is symmetrical,
Cut a cross on the top which uses two straight cuts.
Cut the pizza on its sides which uses one straight cut.
By Logic, only three straight cuts are needed to share among 8 people.
