As each person has one and only one biological father, "my son's father" is, actually, "myself". The conclusion is straightforward: "If the son of Johnson is me, what am I to Johnson?". Clearly, his son.

Couldn't I be his daughter? That is a solution too or not? Correct me if I'm wrong 😊

Could be... but it is stated that is "son".

I don't think it would be his daughter, but from the question itself, without the options, I would have thought it was Johnson's daughter-in-law; it would make as much sense for this to be the mother of the son of Johnson's son. The correct answer should actually be "not enough information" imo, unless the question said "what COULD I be to Johnson himself?"
