A rectangle is inscribed in a triangle with sides equal to 10 c m , 17 c m 10cm,17cm and 21 c m 21cm so that two of its vertices are situated on one side of the triangle , and two others on other two sides of the triangle .Find the sides of the rectangle if it is known that its perimeter is 22.5 c m 22.5cm .

If your answer come as a a cm and b b cm , submit it as descending order of their digits (excluding decimal) in a single linear order.


The answer is 652.

One actually doesn't need to do anything,

By merely observing the pattern of answering one can figure out the solution,

2(x+y)=22.5

x+y=11.25

Now we need to break it into a & b.cb,

Clearly,

b=5

c=2

a=6.

How did you do that? I think you interpreted the question something else.
