We know that Thermal conductivity is directly proportional to difference in temperature. Now since both beakers are subjected as an open system, and the temperature difference of beaker 2 is greater than temperature difference of beaker one w.r.t to room temperature hence thermal conductance of beaker 2 is greater than beaker one. Thus beaker 2 will cool faster than beaker one.
