There are 3 3 possibilities to win with 3 3 moves:

White Black Reason
1. Nxf7+ Rxf7 Check, allowing the queen to move
2. Qxd8+ Rf8 Force the rook to defend the king
3. Qxf8# Voila! Checkmate
White Black Reason
1. Nxf7+ Kg8 Check the king
2. Nhf6+ Kg7 Another knight check
3. Qh6# Checkmate whilst knight protects the queen
White Black Reason
1. Nxf7+ Nxf7 Check, allowing the queen to move
2. Qf6+ Kg8 Queen check
3. Qg7# Since g7 is watched only by the white knight
