From the figure:

( r − 7 ) 2 + 81 = r 2 (r-7)^{2}+81=r^{2}

r 2 + 49 − 14 r + 81 = r 2 r^{2}+49-14r+81=r^{2}

14 r = 130 14r=130

r = 9.285 r=9.285

Siddharth Singh there is another property of bisecting chords . i.e. => [ RA . AS = PA . AQ ] We can also use this !
