This is a Caesar Cipher with a step of 17. The title becomes: "Crack The Code", the question becomes: "Which One Is The Answer?" and finally, the answer itself, "This One", is "CQRB XWN".

This is just a letter substitution. The name of the problem is "CRACK THE CODE". The question is "Which one is the answer?" And the answer is "This one" encoded CQRB XWN \boxed{\mbox{CQRB XWN}}

What on earth?!?! How do you do such ideas?

How am I supposed to know that? Atleast, you can mention in the title to "crack the code" in normal standard English...?
