95 is the only multiple of 5 that is smaller than 100 but the largest multiple.

well it's clear that 100 can be divided by 5, but we don't need 100 as the multiple of 5 but we required the 95 which is the largest multiple of 5 and also there is a condition that the largest multiple of 5 be less than 100 so the ans is 95.
