Condition for Sudoku :

• No two same letters can be in a vertical row, horizontal row and in the square itself.

Now, $\color{#D61F06}A$ cannot be in the place of question mark as it is already placed in that horizontal row. $\color{#20A900}D$ also cannot be in the place of question mark as it is already placed in that vertical row. $\color{#624F41}C$ also cannot be placed in place of question mark because it is already placed in the same square. So, the only possible letter to be placed in the question mark is $B$ .

It cannot be $A$ because it's in the same row. It cannot be $D$ because it's in the same column. It cannot be $C$ because it's in the same 2x2. So as long as the Sudoku is solvable the answer is $\boxed{B}$

It is easy to fill in the rest to see the Sudoku is solvable.
