A classical mechanics problem by Soyam Mohanty

Classical Mechanics Level pending

Dragsters are capable of using the thrust from their exhaust to increase their acceleration. Assuming that the dragster weights 1000 kg and that the tires have a coefficient of friction m with the (specially treated) road surface, what is the optimal angle q with the horizontal at which to align the exhaust pipes (as shown above) in order to give the maximum acceleration? How large would the engine thrust have to be to give an acceleration of 4.7 g if m = 2.5?
