I thought that this was what we wanted to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wait what I thought this was opinion
to easy ! solved in 3 min
businessman
depends on the passion of individual towards any of the above
Easy............Businessman
My solution is the same as the others; however, I'd like to restate the process in my words with some extras. If we want weekends, that automatically rules out the youtuber. The question wants at least $300 a week, but also earn as much as possible. This kind of makes $300 useless because we're still going to look for the highest paying job. If no job can cover the $300, then we're in trouble anyway. So as already demonstrated by others, the chef's weekly wage is 20x9x5=900, the salesman at 25x6x5=750, and the businessman for 30x7x5=1050, each week. So the occupation we would want to choose under these conditions is the businessman. (This also is under the assumption that the businessman works the business week. If not, then the solution cannot be found by this information.)
Salesman need to work only for 5 days! Its '6' hrs per day and not '6' days.(Though it doesn't affect the final answer in this case,i'm just saying)
u are not right with the method but ur answer is correct.
I did misread that. Thank you for pointing that out specifically, V.
chefs work weekends anyway
It was quite simple, with basic math, you could eliminate the salesman, and by reading the question you can eliminate the youtuber (the fact that you dont have weekends free) The next step, personally, was to multiply 9x20, to find the chefs daily wage, and 7x30, to find the buisnessmans daily wage, after finding the buisness man makes enough to support his 300$ expenses, and makes 20$ more a day than the chef, that would give me the conclusion that the buisnessman is the best option.
you can answer that question just by looking at the choices and the main question. Businessmen are always wealthier than chefs, youtubers, and salesmen. LOL
Chef, Salesman and Businessman working days in a week = 5
hourly wage * hours /day * days/week
Chef 20 * 9 * 5 = 900
Salesman 25 * 6 * 5 = 750
Businessman 30 * 7 * 5 = 1050
The Businessman free in weekends and still earn much money as compare to other jobs.
The details about the four jobs are as follows: It can be seen the job youtuber gives the highest weekly pay but you got to work seven days, hence not acceptable. The highest weekly pay five-day week job is
man the question says the best job that too only for 5 days in the week therefore the businessman earns 30$ that too for working 7 hours a day therefore his job is the best
Well, how was the question related to calculus ?
man it is just a math question come on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
only chef, salesman and businessman can be free on weekends (work 5 days a week). out of the three, businessman earns most money that is $210 a day ahead of chef($180) and salesman($150). also, the businessman earns more than $300 a week($1470). therefore, businessman is the right answer
Of the four selections, youtuber is out of the question because you have to work 7 days a week. Thus you will compare Chef, Salesman and Businessman. The buisinessman's hourly wageis 30, which is the highest among chef, salesman and buisinessman. Thus buisnessman is the job with the highest pay if you are working 5 days a week.
It's not because of the $30, but the $30*7, but in this case, it doesn't affect the answer
As I want to be free on weekends and two of these job offers that - Salesman and Businessman, so I should choose higher paying one from one of these two. Now Salesman's weekly salary is = 25 x 6 x 5 = 750 and Businessman's weekly salary = 30 x 7 x 5 = 1050 .
Now It's obvious which one should choose, isn't it? So, It'd be Businessman.
youtuber - 7 days - ruled out..... all others have 5 days of work.... so we can calculate per day income..... which is highest (210) for businessman
So Business man is the correct answer
