Logic Level 2

When clicked, a bulb and all the bulbs from the same row and column will turn on (if it's off), or turn off (if it's on).

(Note: White circles indicate lighted bulbs.)

For example, in the diagram below, when A is clicked, A, B, and C will turn off.

What is the minimum number of clicks required to switch off all the bulbs in the diagram below?
