see for every 3 rupees he will have 4 chocolates..for Rs.15 he will have 20.(20-15)i.e.he will have 5 wrappers left xtra.(5-3)for he will get 1 more whose wrapper will add to the remainder i.e.2+1=3 for which he will get one more therefore,20+1+1=22_answer

that's 15 + 5 which comes from 15 wrappers + 1 comes from 5 wrappers

Rs. 15 give 15 C-->15W
15W give 5C------>5W
5W give 1C---->2W(previous)+1W(new)
3W give 1C-----> 1W
now no more chocolate(C) as insufficient wrappers(W)
hence total is=15+5+1+1=22
