Algebra Level 5

Let a,b,c be real and positive parameters hence find number of value's of x x satisfying the equation a + b x + b + c x + c + a x = b a x + c b x + a c x \sqrt{a+bx}+\sqrt{b+cx}+\sqrt{c+ax}=\sqrt{b-ax}+\sqrt{c-bx}+\sqrt{a-cx}

You can see that their is increasing function of x x in LHS and decreasing function of x x in RHS then their will be only one value of x x which will satisfy the condition which is 0 0 and no other value.

which theorem is that ?
