Simple, l o g 2 16 = l o g 2 2 4 = 4 l o g 2 2 = 4 X 1 = 4 log_{2}16 = log_{2}2^{4} = 4log_{2}2 = 4 X 1 = \boxed{4}

(Log2)16= (log2)2^4=4 (log2)2=4x1=4

log(2)16 =log16÷log2 =1.20411998÷0.30103 (approx) =4 (approx)

Log(2)16 That gives us 2^x=16 x=4
