Logic Level 2

EDIT: To make things more clear:
Johnny is taking a test. However, he accidentally spills whiteout on one of his questions. His answer choices are "Yes", "No", and "Nope". What is the correct answer to the question?

Hint: If this had an actual question, which would be the only answer to make sense?

Assumptions: This is a yes/no question (not spelling)

Yes Not possible No Nope

There are two answer choices that mean "no", so that cannot be the answer. Therefore, the answer is "yes"
