Given, 1 1 1 1 = R. By adding we get: 1+1+1+1 = 4. In words we have, FOUR where the answer R is the last alphabet of the word. Similarly, 2+2+2+2 = 8. In words we have, EIGHT where the answer T is the last alphabet of the word. So, we get: 3+3+3+3 =E ; 4+4+4+4 = N & 5+5+5+5 = 20(TWENTY) which gives Y as the answer.

1+1+1+1=4 FOUR

2+2+2+2=8 EIGHT

3+3+3+3=12 TWELVE

4+4+4+4=16 SIXTEEN

5+5+5+5=20 TWENTY

Look at the last letter of each of the words

R, T, E, N,

The last letter of TWENTY is Y so the answer is Y

1+1+1+1=4 means FOUR, last char is R, 2+2+2+2=8 means EIGHT, last char is T, ..... 5+5+5+5=20 means TWENTY, last char is Y. So answer is Y.
