Logic 'r Maths?

If the above figure contains some number of English alphabets. If the total number of alphabets found in the above grid is of the form $10x + y$ , where $x$ and $y$ are integers, $y>x>0$ and coprimes, find the value of $y-x$ .

Note : You can turn the grid both clockwise and anti-clockwise. You cannot edit any of lines inside the grid. You can assume any alphabet if it's at-least 90% similar to the alphabet.
