Logic Riddles (Riddle 2, Version 4)

Your name is Catherine Rose. You were in bed when you got kidnapped. You wake up and you find yourself in a chamber that contains 10 doors. The kidnappers tell you that only one of the doors is safe. The kidnappers also tell you that 9 of their dangers are encrypted in an Enigma cipher and the 10th door's danger's is encrypted in an Vigenère cipher and the key is wrapped in the form of the answer to a riddle.

The riddle is: What has a finite amount of keys but can help open all the doors in the world?

Bonus 1: The kidnappers tell you they have changed the 10th door's cipher from an Vigenère cipher to an Enigma cipher but accidentally changed the danger due to the changing of the Vigenère cipher to an Enigma cipher. They tell you the ciphertext for the Enigma cipher:

Can you decrypt the Enigma cipher and still escape this chamber?

Bonus 2: The kidnappers also tell you that (after decryption of bonus cipher) the arrow machine guns follow the shape of the Gaussian standard distribution function. They tell that it starts from ground level up to a height of 2m, which you then tell them that you (the kidnappers) lied to me in the changed 10th door's cipher. You get through all but the last arrow machine gun, which is shooting at ground level. Do you jump or wait 10 seconds or run before escaping? (this is because if you jump, you risk being hit by a body-level arrow or if you wait and run, you could still risk being hit by the ground-level arrow.)

Hint: The kidnappers also tell you the settings (i.e. model, reflector, rotor, position, ring, plugboard and chars configurations), knowing that this is uncrackable, in a delirium caused by alcohol.
