Logical Algebra (Problem 1)

Algebra Level pending

I have a number x x where three numbers (excluding π and e) are involved in this formula: π e / y a z 2 \frac{πe/y}{az^2} = x x . The numbers can 'talk'. y says "I am half of x + 1 x + 1 ", a says " I am 21", z says " I am x x " We also know that if z = x z = x , the equation is rendered false and if y y = x + 1 2 \frac{x + 1}{2} , the equation is x = i x = √i , therefore only a a 's "statement" is true. Further clues: ( a z ) 2 (az)^2 = π π , so ( z 2 ) (z^2) = π 21 \frac{π}{21} , π e / y πe/y = 2, π π is approximately 3.14, e e is approximately 2.72 Using these clues, find x x using logic as well.

The answer is 13.369.
