In the picture, the yellow balls (!) are orbiting each other. So which of these statements is not false ?

They have no common center of mass . They have different velocity. They eventually collide with each other. Large ball will have less velocity. In a complete revolution, each one of them rotates 36 0 0 360^0 .

the phrase "not false" does not directly imply that we have to look for the "true" statement.

we cannot say for sure that the fourth statement given is false. the others are obviously FALSE (using angular momentum conservation and centre of mass concepts).

Good, but logically, not with Physics concept. Its better you implement your Physics knowledge to write a great solution.
