To find the number of 0's we need to find the power of 5 in 400!.

[ 400 5 ] + [ 400 25 ] + [ 400 125 ] \left[ \frac { 400 }{ 5 } \right] +\left[ \frac { 400 }{ 25 } \right] +\left[ \frac { 400 }{ 125 } \right]

80 + 16 + 3 = 99 80+16+3=99
