Mina lies on Wednesdays, but not on Thursdays. Tina tells the truth on Wednesdays, but lies on Thursdays. That way, If Mina says that she will lie the next day on a Wednesday, she is already lying. If Tina says that she will lie the next day on a Wednesday, then she is telling the truth, and therefore lying the next day. It is the only way that they can overlap. Poorly worded question though.

Solution found by creating an array (days of the week X persons) : Lie / True in each case.

"I'm going to tell lies tomorrow" is verified for 1 person when "Lie" today and "true" tomorrow, XOR ["true" today" and "lie" tomorrow] (XOR = exclusively or, only these 2 cases).

This is both verified on wednesday : Mina Lies on W''day and Truth-makes on Th-day ; Tina Truth-makes on W-day and Lies on Th-day (the day after W''day). other days do not verify.
