Mad scientist!

A scientist wanted to make a extraordinary clock. So, he made a clock with 60 hands instead of the normal clocks which have only 3 hands. Oh ! these clocks also move in a anti-clockwise direction ! Each hand moved at a speed of 1/60 of the clock in 1 sec ( or you can say that it completed a full revolution around the clock in 60 secs ) So, he wanted to find out the total number of different arrangements made by the clock at a point of time
