In a long hollow vertical metal pipe a magnet is dropped. During it's fall ,the acceleration of magnet

may increase or decrease will decrease linearly will decrease to zero and will attain a terminal speed will decrease upto a value which is less than g g

This can be solved by using application of Lenz's Law. By Lenz's law ,as the magnet falls ,induced amount will in the metal pipe that will oppose the fall and thus magnetic force acting on a magnet due to induced current will oppose it's motion and increase it's magnitude which is directly proportional to velocity ,thereafter achieving terminal velocity after some time.
