Only moving charge particle experiences a magnetic force,not the static one.

How do we know that it is static?

Since we know force on a charged particle in a magnetic field is given by F=QvB and the partilce is not moving (since v=0) therefore it experience no force.

Force experienced is QvBsin θ \theta where θ \theta is angle between velocity vector and magnetic field vector.

AS WE KNOW THAT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCES A MAGNETIC FORCE WHEN IT MOVES. AS IN THE QUESTION THE POSITIVE CHARGE LIES(DO NOT MOVE). THAT IS WHY IT WILL NOT EXPERIENCE A MAGNETIC FORCE
