  1. All faces are made of regular polygons with three or more sides.
  2. Every vertex joins the same type/number of faces. (For example, if one vertex joins one triangle and two squares, then all vertices do.)

There are an infinite number \boxed{\text{an infinite number}} of n-gon prisms, each which satisfy the above requirements.
