  • 1 minute = 60 seconds.

  • 1 hour = 60 minutes.

  • Total days in march = 31

⇒ 24 × 60 × 60 = 86400 \Rightarrow 24 \times 60 \times 60 = 86400

⇒ 86400 × 31 = 2678400 \Rightarrow 86400 \times 31 = \boxed{2678400}

In 1 day there are 24 hours. I did this so that day and day cancels out, hours and hour cancels out, and minutes and minute cancels out. Then the remaining unit is seconds.

There are 3600 seconds in an hour, 24 hours in a day, and 31 days in the month of March. So the answer is 3600 * 24 * 31 = 2678400 seconds.
