Noah loves to play video games, but since his mom started to put him on a schedule, he doesn't play as much. Here's his schedule. He (Noah) plays video games at least two times a week. He also plays that two times a week for one hour and a half. If Noah plays for four weeks, two times each for one hour and a half each of those weeks, how much screen time is Noah getting?

4 weeks × 2 occasions 1 week × 1.5 hours 1 occasion = 12 hours 4 \text{ weeks} \times \frac{2 \text{ occasions}}{1 \text{ week}} \times \frac{1.5 \text{ hours}}{1 \text{ occasion}} = \boxed{12 \text{ hours}}

1 and 1 2 \frac{1}{2 } x 2 = 3

And 3 x 4 weeks =12 hours

If per week he gets 3 hour screen time in videogames in four weeks he will get 12 hours of screen time .It is very simple.
