A man, a logician, fell in love with a female physicist. Their relationship continued for 5 years after which he decided to propose her with a metal ring. Looking at the ring, the physicist decided to challenge the logician.
She placed the metal ring of mass m and radius R on a smooth horizontal table. Then she rotated the ring about its own axis in such a way that each part of the ring began to move with a speed v.
She said to him that she would only say yes if he would find the approximate expression for calculating the tension (T) in the ring. Help the logician.
