In saturated(single bond) fatty acid , packing is more neatly done which maximize vanderwaal's attractions in saturated fatty acid. At number 2 will be polyunsaturated trans fatty acid bcoz they are more neatly packed as compared to other unsaturated(containing double bond) fatty acids bcoz double bond restricts rotation and therefore cause a kink in the chain which interferes with crystal packing , thereby lowering the melting point.
