This is morse code again. Replace 0 by . and 1 by - and translate it.
It reads "I AM BOB FROM PLANET ABC AND I AM HAVING AN INTRODUCTORY ALGEBRA EXAM RIGHT NOW BUT I CANT SOLVE THE FIRST QUESTION SO I DECIDED TO SEND THIS MESSAGE TO EARTH IN HOPE TO GET AN REPLY BEFORE THE EXAM ENDS HERES THE PROBLEM WHAT IS THE VALUE OF E TO THE POWER OF I PI"
