There are beeps in the audio, long and short. If we use - for long and . for short, we have:
-... --- -...
which is 'BOB' in morse code.

Thanks for the complete solution. Note that you can actually solve this without referring to the morse code translator. First, we can clearly hear that the audio contains 3 characters. The first and last character has similar rhythm, hence can only be in the style ABA which is BOB.
