and Suppose that the center point is called O
so angle COE=2×65=130 ( central angle )
in the Triangle COE
OC=OE
so angle OCE =OEC=(180-130)÷2=25
and when chord ED is parallel to the diameter AC
angle OCE =DEC=25 #
