Observe that Green block is always in the left side of all tables , Red block is in the middle side of all tables and Blue block is in the right side of all tables.
Green and Blue blocks have completed filling their respective sides (Observe pattern of green and blue)
So now last block is left which will be fill by red in the top of middle side. Hence most appropriate answer is (D).
