"There are tree mistake in this sentence, or, are there?"
1) "tree" should be "three"
2) "mistake" should be "mistakes"
3) "or, are there?" should be "or are there?"
A conjunction should not be flanked by commas when joining two independent clauses to make one sentence. One should use one comma before the conjunction and then just proceed to the second clause without a second comma.
See, for example: https://www.grammar-monster.com/lessons/conjunctions and commas.htm
