I am not getting why you subtracted 2V1?

I also dont know why he did it but here's my solution

N 1 V 1 = N 2 V 2 N_{1}V_{1}=N_{2}V_{2}

Where N1 is meant for H2SO4

2×M1×V1=M2×V2 Since 2 is n factor for Sulphuric acid.
