A monkey is very crafty and fashion conscious. He is stuck in a tricky situation. He is suspended from a string over a pulley that attaches to a mirror (same mass as monkey). However, he is initially located below the mirror.
How can he see his image?
Letting a free fall.
Climbing up the string.
He cannot do it.

@Samridh Joshi Can I see your solution? I thought that since the monkey's acceleration would be 0, he cannot do it. (That is, if his acceleration is g(M-m)/(M+m) and M-m = 0, then his acceleration is 0.) Does this mean that he cannot move, though.?
