The trick is to choose a loop which doesn't consist of another capacitor.

Talking about direct current at steady state with zero current, all intermediate capacitors connected are equivalent to open circuit like no connection to the only wanted capacitor labeled C in the diagram.

10 // 10 + 10 + 10 - 10 + 10 +10 +10 - 10 - 10 = 30 V {Traced from right to left.}

Therefore Q Q = C V C V = 1 μ F × 30 V \mu F \times 30 V = 30 μ C \mu C

Answer: 30 \boxed{30}
