Given , 4 x 2 + 6 x 27 = x 2 + 18 3 x 2 + 6 x 45 = 0 x 2 + 2 x 15 = 0 ( x + 5 ) ( x 3 ) = 0 x = 5 , 3 x = 3 4x^2 + 6x - 27 = x^2 + 18 \\ \Rightarrow 3x^2 + 6x - 45 = 0 \\ \Rightarrow x^2 + 2x - 15 = 0 \\ \Rightarrow (x + 5)(x - 3) = 0 \\ \Rightarrow x = -5,3 \\ \therefore x = \boxed3

By rearranging the equation we getx^2+2x-15=0 by factorizing we get (x-3)(x+5)=0 so values of x satisfying are and -5. So the correct answer is 3
