You need to solve the questions in bold using these clues. 1. 4 + 7 = J/2. K - 5 = 8/3. 3 + 9 = Q/4. 2 + ? + 9 = A. What am I referring to, and what does A equal? A hint is that A doesn't equal 1. (Also put your solution in the comments if you got it right, and also note that what I'm referring to goes before the comma in the answers, and that the equivalence of A goes to the right of the comma.)

Cards have Aces, Kings, Queens and Jacks, which have a letter for each: A, K Q, and J. Cards also have normal numbers, so I'm referring to cards. A doesn't equal 1, but in the card game War , Aces are the best cards. And you can imagine the Aces, Kings, Queens, and Jacks as numbers. In the clues, J = 11, Q = 12, and K = 13. Since Aces are just barely better than Kings in War, they'd be 14. Thus, the answer is Cards, 14 .
