Only 5 nos can be formed.... 10001..... 10010.... 10100..... 11000.... and 20000..... Clearly Four out of Five numbers contain 1...HENCE, p(E) is 4/5....i.e....( 0.8 )....Hence The Solution....

The solution is for beginners without much details about counting techniques...!
