It is zero because 306 = 18 17 306 = 18 \cdot 17 . Therefore all natural numbers between 1 1 and 10000 10000 that are a multiple of 18 18 can never be relatively prime to 306 306 since gcd ( 18 x , 306 ) = 18 \gcd(18x, 306) = 18 .
