1000000 3 = 333333 . 3 = 333333 \frac{1000000}{3}={\lfloor}{333333}{\overline{.3}{\rfloor}}=333333

For give all odd multiple of 3 we omit all multiple of 6.

1000000 6 = 166666 . 6 = 166666 \frac{1000000}{6}={\lfloor}{166666}{\overline{.6}{\rfloor}}=166666

33333 - 166666 = 166667 \text{33333 - 166666}=166667

\therefore the answer is 166667 \color{#302B94}{\boxed{166667}}
