multipy 1/5 , 1/4 & 1 with 100 respectively U can multipy with any variable x. after multiping they have become 20,25 & 100 respectively. so 25-20/5=amount of work per unit time. then 100-25=75 75 is the amount of work from 1/4 to 1 unit * amount of work per unit time =75 sec

x / 5 = (1 – 1/4) / (1/4 – 1/5)
= (3/4) / (1/20)
= 15
x = 15 × 5 = 75 seconds

The amount of time is(short way): 5 × 1 1 4 1 4 1 5 = 5 × 3 4 1 20 = 5 × ( 3 4 × 20 ) = 5 × 15 = 75 5 \times \frac{1-\frac{1}{4}}{\frac{1}{4}-\frac{1}{5}}=5 \times \frac{\frac{3}{4}}{\frac{1}{20}}=5 \times (\frac{3}{4} \times 20)=5 \times 15=75 Hence, the answer is 75 s e c s \boxed{75~secs}

yup got it correct
