Start with the 3rd clue. This clue means that my birthday is between March 21st and April 19th. Now let's use the 1st clue. Using this clue and the 3rd one, we know that if it were is March (3rd month so 19 - 3) then my birthday would be March 16th, but that is not an option according to the 3rd clue, so my birthday must be April 15th (19 - 4).
